1. Registration & Eligibility
All dogs must be fully vaccinated, flea-treated, wormed, and microchipped before attending. Dogs over one year of age must be neutered or spayed. By submitting this registration form you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
2. Health & Vaccination
You must provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations including Kennel Cough (Bordetella) on request. If your dog develops any illness or injury, you agree to notify us immediately. Openhearth Unleashed reserves the right to refuse entry to any dog showing signs of illness.
3. Behaviour
All dogs must be able to interact safely with other dogs. Dogs required to wear a muzzle cannot be accommodated. We reserve the right to contact you to collect your dog immediately if behavioural concerns arise.
4. Emergency Veterinary Care
By completing the Veterinary Release Form section, you authorise Openhearth Unleashed to seek emergency veterinary treatment for your dog in the event that you cannot be contacted. Any costs incurred are your responsibility.
5. Payment
All pre-booked packages and boarding dates require payment in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full.
6. Liability
Openhearth Unleashed takes every reasonable care of dogs in our charge. We cannot be held liable for injury, illness, or loss that occurs despite reasonable precautions. You are responsible for ensuring your dog is adequately insured.
7. Photography
We may occasionally photograph or video dogs in our care for use on our website and social media. Please inform us if you do not consent to this.
8. Data Protection
Your personal data is collected solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law. We comply with UK GDPR.
