About Openhearth Unleashed

Welcome to Openhearth Unleashed. My name is Susan Margetts-McEwan, and the care and wellbeing of animals has been a large part of my life. Here at Openhearth Unleashed, we have a range of services available for your pets, and if you have any questions, we would love to hear from you.

Openhearth Unleashed is based in Eaglesham, Glasgow, and has been established since 2023.

Small numbers. Big care.

At Openhearth, we believe that less can be more.

We deliberately keep our numbers small so that we can give every dog the time, attention and care they deserve.

With plenty of natural grass and secure outdoor space, there's room to run, sniff, explore and play — but there's also time to slow down.

Because dogs need rest too.

Our days have a balance of exercise, play, enrichment and quiet time. At nap time, the dogs settle down together for a well-earned rest before they're ready for more fun.

Being family-run and working from our own premises means we know the dogs in our care — their personalities, their little quirks and what makes them comfortable.
